Deliveries & Returns
At KEYSHIELD, we want you to enjoy your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a product just isn't right. We've made our returns policy as easy as possible.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of your receipt to return the product for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns Process
Initiate Return
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@keyshield.co with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on where to send the returned item.
Shipping
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Inspection
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund or Exchange
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or exchange the product as per your request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
